Competition Etiquette

Audience members are requested to be in their seats at least 5 minutes before each competitor’s performance begins.

Please silence your cell phone and other electronic devices.

Late arrivals are asked to enter the hall only during a suitable pause between pieces (there will be an usher at the doors during performances to ensure that there are no accidental disruptions during a performance).

Applause is welcome (encouraged!) at the conclusion of complete pieces, generally not in between movements.

Out of consideration for the competitors who have worked so hard to be performing here, please refrain from making any noise during performances.

Thank you and enjoy the competition!
